A baby boy, that’s what!   Thank you to all of you over this past year who
have stood by me and supported me as I took some time to grow this sweet

What a blessing for our family!

As many of you know, I have been teaching and training athletes, military,
executives, kids and people of all ages for a number of years all over
the world, and miss it greatly. After the birth of our baby, I will begin
teaching and training again! I plan to offer classes to the general public
July 15th. I will begin offering private training in my exclusive studio or
at a location of your choice. If you are interested in a workout designed
for you and your co-workers or friends, I can come to you!
